We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. All merchandise ordered from Pretty Pearl can be shipped to most parts of India and is generally delivered within 5–7 working days. Please note that orders cannot be processed on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Costs
- Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on orders of ₹500 and above.
- Shipping Fee: For orders valued below ₹500, a fixed shipping charge of ₹100 will apply.
- Returns Impacting Free Shipping: If a return is initiated and the total order value falls below ₹500, the applicable shipping charge may be deducted from the refund amount, subject to the applicable Return and Refund Policy and consumer protection laws.
Missing Items Policy
For orders shipped through an Amazon Fulfilment Centre (Amazon FC), applicable orders are processed through the fulfilment centre’s barcode-based system. Products are scanned and verified as part of the fulfilment process to help ensure order accuracy.
If you believe an item is missing from your order, please follow these steps:
- Check the Package: Inspect the packaging and all compartments carefully for the missing item.
- Report Within 24 Hours: Claims regarding missing items must be reported to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide Proof: To help us investigate and process your claim, please provide:
- An unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened.
- Images of the packaging and shipping label.
- The weight details mentioned on the courier label, if available.
Claims will be reviewed based on the information and evidence provided. Refunds or replacements, where applicable, are subject to verification. We reserve the right to decline claims that cannot be substantiated, subject to applicable law.
Delivery Method
Our delivery partners generally make two delivery attempts. If delivery remains unsuccessful after these attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse or fulfilment centre.
To help ensure smooth delivery, please provide a valid mobile number and a complete, accurate shipping address when placing your order.
In certain circumstances, our delivery partners may request valid identification for delivery, where permitted by applicable procedures and law.
